These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of samatify.com, including browsing, customer accounts, purchases, communications, and other services offered through the website.

The website and SAMATIFY brand are operated by SAMA INTERNATIONAL USA LLC, referred to in these Terms as “SAMATIFY,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the website or services.

1. Our Store and Platform

SAMATIFY is the consumer brand of SAMA INTERNATIONAL USA LLC.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related services that allow us to display products, operate the website, manage orders, and provide checkout and customer-account functions.

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Shopify, banks, card networks, and other applicable payment providers.

The contract for the purchase of products through SAMATIFY is between the customer and SAMA INTERNATIONAL USA LLC, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

SAMATIFY currently accepts orders for delivery to supported addresses within the United States.

Ordering for the United Kingdom and Canada is coming soon.

Visitors in other locations may be able to browse the website, but checkout and shipping availability depend on the active markets and supported shipping destinations shown by SAMATIFY.

We may add, remove, activate, suspend, or modify markets and shipping regions at any time.

5. Customer Accounts

You authorize SAMATIFY and its payment providers, including Stripe where applicable, to charge the payment method selected at checkout for:

You represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• Payment information is accurate
• Sufficient funds or credit are available
• The transaction is lawful

Payment providers may perform authorization, fraud, identity, sanctions, compliance, or security checks.

SAMATIFY generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card-security codes.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by the SAMATIFY Shipping Policy.

Current United States shipping terms include:

• Processing: generally 1–3 business days
• Estimated delivery after processing: 6–12 days
• Standard shipping: $3.99 USD for orders below $44.99 USD
• Free standard shipping: qualifying orders of $44.99 USD or more

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders may be:

• Fulfilled from different locations
• Split into multiple packages
• Delivered on different dates
• Assigned separate tracking numbers

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

14. Processing and Delivery Delays

Processing or delivery may be delayed because of:

• Carrier performance
• Peak seasons
• Severe weather
• Customs or security review
• Logistics disruptions
• Labour disruptions
• Natural disasters
• War
• Epidemics
• Government action
• Address issues
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Where required by applicable law, customers may be offered an updated timeframe or the opportunity to cancel an affected unshipped order.

15. Order Cancellations

Contact support@samatify.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

If an order has not entered processing, fulfilment, or shipment, we may be able to approve the cancellation.

Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

16. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Reshipments

Returns and after-sales requests are governed by the SAMATIFY Return & Refund Policy.

All requests must:

• Be submitted within the applicable request period
• Meet the Eligible Cases requirements
• Not fall under the Non-Eligible Cases
• Include requested evidence
• Receive approval before any product is returned

For an approved eligible physical return connected with a customer’s first SAMATIFY order, SAMATIFY will provide prepaid return shipping where a physical return is required.

For an approved eligible return connected with a customer’s second or later order, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping unless SAMATIFY confirms otherwise.

A particular resolution is not automatic.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include:

• A full refund
• A partial refund
• A replacement
• A reshipment
• An approved physical return
• Another suitable resolution

17. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, launch offers, free-shipping offers, gifts, and other incentives may be subject to:

• Eligibility requirements

• Usage limits
• Minimum purchase requirements
• Separate promotional conditions

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content.

33. Entire Agreement
