About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form content ideas and weekly content calendars.
- Write high-performing captions, hooks, and hashtag strategies.
- Support posting for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic video editing support (CapCut/Canva) and UGC-style content formatting.
- Community engagement support (comments, DMs routing, trend monitoring).
- Assist with influencer outreach and collaboration tracking (when needed).
- Prepare weekly performance reports (KPIs + insights + next actions).
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or related field
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social platforms (TikTok/IG/FB/YouTube)
- Basic comfort with Google Sheets/Docs (or Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to follow weekly deadlines
- Commitment to complete the full 3-month program

Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship, interns may receive:
